Luca Cicchelli is Interconnection Manager at TOP-IX, where he leads the development of the business related to Interconnection and synchronization services; he also oversees regulatory and compliance aspects. Previously, Luca worked in different roles at the Telecom Italia Group (now TIM) and Albacom (now BT Italia). Luca was Secretary of the Board of Directors at Euro-IX Association. Luca has a degree in Electronic Engineering from Politecnico di Torino and an MBA from the University of Turin.
